Lesbian Sexuality: What is Sexual Orientation?
Our genes, hormones, environment, experiences and programming by our peers, all influence our sexual orientation.
What are Lesbian Lovers?
Lesbianism is the romantic and sexual desire between two women. A lesbian is a woman who experiences Sapphic desire for other women exclusively, but not for men. A Bisexual woman is a female who is sexually attracted to both men and women to various degrees. A lesbian need not act upon her desires to identify as Lesbian, and may even be celibate or in a long term relationship with a man. In other words, it is not the act that makes one a Lesbian, but the sexual orientation, or desire to be with another woman.
The name Lesbian, comes from the ancient Greek poet Sappho who wrote about lesbian sexual desire, from the Ilse of Lesbos.
Sappho 94 (or Sappho’s Confession) is a fragment of such a poem written to a lover who is leaving Sappho, as she reminisces about their lovemaking.
“… And many the garlands woven from flowers you have cast round your delicate neck,
and with quantities of … flowery perfume … fit for a queen even, you anointed yourself all over,
and on soft beds … delicate … you have satisfied desire …”

How do Lesbians Have Sex
That is like asking “How to Lesbians put on a pair of pants?” One leg at a time, just like everyone else. Lesbians have sex the same way that heterosexual couples have sex, minus a penis, although they may still use a phallis (dildo or strap-on). They kiss, hug, snuggle, engage in foreplay, make love, have wild raunchy sex, oral sex, anal sex, fingering, stimulate each others erogenous zones including breast and nipple stimulation, use manual stimulation and tribadism (the act of dry humping or rubbing each other’s genitals together).
They also engage in BDSM and kinky types of activities, submission and dominance, which could also involve sex.
The could have passionate one night stands, live with one partner in a life-long loving monogamous relationship, have open relationships, just date or play the field, be very emotionally attached, or just interested in physical pleasure for its own sake.
Dr. Ava’s Steps in How to Give Her a TriGasm
Step 1: One woman should lie back while her partner lavishes her clitoris with oral pleasure until she has reached a level 8 on a pleasure scale of 1 to 10 (10 equals orgasm).
Step 2: Change course and stimulate her vulva (outside of the vagina) in small circles with your tongue for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Return to the clitoris and orally increase her level of pleasure to a 9, almost to the point of no return.
Step 4: At this peak, insert your forefinger palm up into her vagina and find her G-spot, then tap, tap, tap it gently towards her navel.
Step 5: Simultaneously with step four, stimulate her anus gently with a feather, a pinky or a vibrator to bring her to an earth-shattering, energy-melting TriGasm
